Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Loved everything about this place. The kindness of the staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. For example, the day we arrived, a staff member drove us to get food since we did not have any. The onsen was very nice, the rooms were comfortable and quite and everything was very clean.

Negative: The hotel is at the top of a hill. If you like to walk, like we do, not a problem, but if not take a taxi.
