Positive: Our stay at Selected Suites in Chania was absolutely fantastic. One the best hotel experiences. The communication was polite, straightforward and clear. The staff in general were really friendly and helpful. They were very kind and accommodating. Check in and out was easy. The hotel is very modern and incredibly clean. The rooms were really lovely with a relaxing vibe - the sauna was a great touch and the balcony was great too. The outdoor area is lovely too. It has a good sized pool and plenty of loungers. We went in late April/May so the pool was still a bit chilly but it was fine once you got used to it. The hotel is a boutique one so there is not a bar or seating area per se, but plenty of outdoor space. The location is great, about 10 minutes walk to the beach and old town. It felt really safe. Great value for money. I'd definitely stay here again - thank you so much. I highly recommend. Chania is a great destination - the locals are so kind and it is a beautiful place.
