Seldom Inn is a delightful home, or as we like to call, treehouse. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 people and is perfect for families wanting to get away together.

Featuring expansive views of both the ocean and Lancelin Island, the home is conveniently located right in the middle of Lancelin Beach Hotel and Endeavour Tavern, so the biggest decision you’ll have to make while holidaying, is which pub to go to…

Enter the home and you’ll be welcomed by its tropical vibes. To your right you’ll see the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher (to save you from washing dishes whilst on holiday!) and a coffee machine. To your left, you’ll find multi-layered living. Step up into the living area where you can either kickback and watch TV or look out to the remarkable ocean views.

Step up one more step (see why we call it our lil Lano treehouse) and you’ll find yourself in two of the home’s cosy & bright bedrooms, decked out with ceiling fans for those warmer nights. In the front-facing bedroom, you’ll be delighted by views of the ocean and a sliding door that takes you out onto the balcony.

As for the downstairs, be welcomed by a large open plan bedroom where it’s like one big sleepover, perfect for the kids. If needing some privacy or alone time, no stress, there’s dividers which can be put up to separate each bed and doors to close off the back section of the space too.

On the balmy summer nights, the balcony is the place to be. Here you’ll find multi-layered viewing of Lano’s stunning ocean. If wanting to sit and enjoy some bevies, head to the first level decked out with outdoor seating and a BBQ. For those that would prefer to relax on the day bed with a book in hand, the next level is for you. Finally, if it’s expansive views you’re after, head to the very top for 360 views of Lancelin.

For those windier nights, head out to the fully secured & sheltered backyard, complete with a pizza oven, hammocks and plenty of grass space for backyard cricket and the pets to run around. Please note that you must bring your own wood for the pizza oven and there is no fires permitted during fire season.

The front yard is also fully secured with a large front lawn, perfect laying out the sails or kites. If you’re into extreme sports or an avid fisherman, there’s plenty of space for a boat, jet ski or bikes too.

Last but not least, perhaps the best of the home is that the whole house runs off the sun through its impressive solar panelling. Don’t worry though, during the winter, the hybrid system will kick in to ensure you have plenty of power no matter when you stay.
