Positive: New and clean appartment

Negative: Only a tiny shadow was an internet connection as our kids were not "connected as fast as they would expect" :-). And slightly longer way to the beach.

Summary: Very good value for the money we paid (I suppose we got some last minute price -40% comparing bookl)
