Summary: Great location easy access to Munich HB, clean lovely facility, helpful staff. The room was ready before check in time which helped our journey quite a bit. Having laundry on site was also a great perk. The property has no air conditioning but the staff was able to provide a fan so that dramatically helped. The weather wasn't so hot yet so it wasn't a big problem. However, the street can be loud sometimes at night. So if you need to leave the windows open at night, have some earplugs handy.
