Der Bungalow wurde 2011 in massiver Bauweise errichtet und verfügt über 131qm Wohnfläche verteilt auf vier Zimmer, Küche, Badezimmer, Gäste-WC und Haus-Wirtschaftsraum. Der Bungalow steht auf einem 772qm großen, vollständig eingezäunten und kaum einsehbarem Grundstück.
Der Bungalow ist als KfW 70 Haus gebaut und damit sehr gut isoliert und sparsam in Bezug auf Heizkosten. Die im gesamten Haus verlegte Fußbodenheizung wird über eine Luft- Wasser- Wärmepumpe (LWP) gesteuert und die Be- und Entlüftungsanlage sorgt für einen konstanten Luftaustausch. Die LWP wird mit Strom (Tag- und Nachtstrom) betrieben.
Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Doppelcarport mit Platz für 2 Autos und ein weiterer, nicht überdachter Stellplatz. Die Nebeneingangstür am Carport führt durch den Hauswirtschaftsraum (10qm) direkt in die Küche.
Das Highlight des Bungalows ist der 58qm große Wohn-Ess- und Küchenbereich. Dieser ist offen und hell geschnitten. Der gesamte Raum hat bodentiefe Fenster mit elektrischen Rollläden
Die Einbauküche ist mit hochwertigen Markenelektrogeräten (Mikrowelle, Backofen, Geschirrspüler) und einem großen Induktionskochfeld ausgestattet. Der Kühl- und Gefrierschrank hat einen direkten Wasseranschluss für Eiswürfel und Trinkwasser.
