Negative: The staff Refused to issue an invoice via booking.com ( by using the app) . I had to contact hotel via phone and they refused . Then I have to contact booking.com via phone to raise the issue. Very inconvenient and wasted my time for a simple invoice. Apparently as the accommodation and the recipient of the payment, are obliged under our contract (section 4.4.9.) to issue an invoice for the entire amount paid.
