Wonderful house located in Blanes, with a private pool and beautiful views of the sea. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, perfect to enjoy the much needed tranquility, with several terraces where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and the Sant Joan castle.
The house has a great living-dining room with access to the terrace, a big fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge), with a dining area and, in addition, a small laundry room (washing machine). Also there are 4 double bedrooms, one of them with bunk beds, two have 2 single beds in each one (the beds are together) and the other bedroom with a double bed en suite (bathroom with bathtub). There is another full bathroom with a shower.
In the outdoor area we have a beautiful private pool, garden area, perfect for the little ones to play, and a a large dining table and barbecue.

Youth groups are not allowed.
This property is only rented to families. Reservations of people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
