Summary: We just had a lovely stay at the Richmond Hotel. There was free street parking at the front of the hotel and we were lucky enough to get a space otherwise there was a large carpark just across the road which would have been about £14 a day. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, engaging in conversation over our stay. The rooms were smaller than they looked in the pictures but they were clean and the beds were comfortable enough The cooked breakfast in the morning was lovely and all cooked fresh to order. We loved the proximity to the Pier as well as some nice independent places to eat just a short walk along the sea front. Overall we found it a great little location and the staff friendliness increased the appeal of this otherwise dated property.
