Positive: Location was very good. Apartment furniture and appontments were generally good. Refuse chute was convenient. Car parking was good.

Negative: Main shower was in a bath, therefore heath risk to climb in/out. Main bedroom curtain draw chain was broken, therefore challenging to raise curtain.
