Positive: The location was wonderful — relatively close to the beach, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. The apartment was very spacious with a comfortable layout, and having two bathrooms was a big plus. It was well-equipped and had everything I needed, including a proper desk for work and a strong internet connection. There were plenty of convenient parking spots in front of the building, as well as access to an underground garage. It also served as an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet. I stayed there off-season, and the value for money was quite good.

Negative: The apartment wasn’t very clean — it had only been superficially cleaned before our arrival. The host — or rather the property management company — was quite problematic. On the day of arrival, they made a big deal about one extra guest being present compared to the booking, even though the price was the same. It was a stressful experience, especially while still on the road and unsure if we’d be let in. Communication with them was very difficult — the chat is run by a bot, and we received no clear responses regarding the deposit return or other issues. I travel frequently and use Booking.com often, and this was the first time I encountered such unhelpful and unfriendly service from a host. Due to several construction sites nearby, there were many construction vehicles on the street, which made it a bit noisy at times.
