House is set in tranquil area and is light and airy with excellent neighbourhood, Close to all amenities, at very affordable nightly price compared to city prices. Central to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Very easy to get to all the attractions in and around Edinburgh. House has 4 bedrooms, but only 1 single and 1 double bedrooms both are to the front of the house which are available throughout the year (subject to availability) large living room with dining area. 1 wet-room, kitchen, large gardens to front and back of the house. Large driveway for parking. very friendly owner. The house is in a very quiet street and neighbourhood.
I offer DISCOUNT to returning guests and DISCOUNT to STUDENTS who wish to stay here longer than 6 weeks.
It would be really appreciated if guests reply to my invitation that I send to them to let me know if interested or not.
I have INSTANT BOOKING SET, meaning that if your dates are available in my calendar when you are searching then there is NO NEED TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY you can just go ahead and book.
