The villa is located on 1.2 acres of professionally landscaped property that is totally fenced in.
Two bedrooms are each situated on each side of the main living area. The open kitchen equipped with new appliances, and ample dishware and kitchen accessories. The quiet neighborhood is just minutes from some of the best restaurants, the sea, and watersports center at Oualie Beach.
The villa allows for access to the Nevis Golf association par 3 which includes 12 tee positions and 3 greens course extremely close to the villa.
