Positive: The location was great. The cottage was fully equipped and the bed was comfortable.

Negative: The heating system was controlled by the host and so it was not easy to get them to lengthen the hours without a discussion on messages. The host suggested we bought more wood and kindling to keep the cottage ‘toasty’. We had paid for a heated cottage , without the burner this should have applied. The facility to switch on the heating would have made this pretty cottage more comfortable.
