Beautiful house with private pool in a quiet coastal urbanisation in Oliva Nova, with capacity for 4 - 5 guests Located about 250 metres from the beach, this family resort of little houses with private pool is the perfect home to enjoy some says away from the daily routines. The warm Mediterranean weather is great for nice dips in the pool sizing 4 x 2 metres and a depth from 1.10 to 1.30 metres depth; chill-out moments on the sun loungers; and the best of all, it invites you to grill meat and vegetable sin the barbecue while having a cup of wine and having lung at the terrace. At night, you can have dinner under the starry sky and, if the dinner lasts, just slide the awning down to continue the evening. You can enter the house either from the main entrance or from the terrace to get to a practical modern styled room where living room, dining room and kitchen are all together. The dining table has room for 5 people and the sofa is perfect to watch TV or rest. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. The spacious bathroom comes with a shower and a bidet. Our guests will rest in two bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. The sofa in the living room turns into a sofa bed. If you are coming with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair on request. The rental is possible for all seasons since the house is fitted out with conduit for heat pump air conditioning. Oliva nova is located in a privileged place of the Mediterranean with numerous and splendid beaches of fine and golden sand and shallow waters along 8.5 km. They are known throughout Europe thanks to their incomparable nature, beauty and quality.
