Summary: An older one-bedroom flat attached to the back of a large house. Includes a good sized living room/kitchen and bathroom/laundry. Flat includes an enclosed courtyard with outside table and chairs. Just a 10 minute walk to Port Noarlunga and right on the Esplanade and beach on a no through road (sand dunes at the mouth of the Onkaparinga River are about 200 metres away). Driveway is narrow and has an awkward angle that might challenge a large 4WD or SUV. Was cautiously but successfully managed in a RAV4. Very well placed for accessing the southern Adelaide beaches, McLaren Vale and the lower Fleurieu.
