Positive: Nice, clean and well-equipped apartment. Terrace. Good view.
Negative: We travel a lot but it was the first time that we are to pay 150 EUR deposit via bank transfer to the owner during check-in. We didn't understand the conditions of this deposit. What is it in fact for? This information you can get somewhere in the conditions on booking.com. Pay attention!!! In spite of the fact that the apartment is good enough it is not new and has some signs of use. So we did not understand what cound be the situation that we are to pay for damage. So we were nervous instead of enjoying our vacation. Chech-out procedure was "online", we sent video of the apartment to the owner. After few hours we have got our 150 EUR deposit back. We really don't understand why the owner uses such a strange policy.
