Summary: After spending some time in the room, we noticed that regardless of the thermostat setting, cold air continued to blow non stop. We notified the customer relations desk, they assured us that maintenance would look into the situation. If they did, it didn’t help. We had the thermostat set at 78, it registered 67 on our thermometer. We had to request a blanket for our last night stay.
