This is a 9BHK villa but we are offering you only 7 bedrooms for 14 adults having a private swimming pool, while the other 2 bedrooms will be kept locked during your entire stay and not given to another party.

โ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.
โ This villa is 10 min walk to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 7 AC bedrooms & 7 en suite bathrooms with Private swimming pool. Free WiFi with 30-50 mbps speed.
โ Villa has 4 king-size beds & 6 single beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.
โ Check in at 1:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
โ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 4 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.
โ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Genset onsite).
โ Parking is compounded for 3 Cars.
The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks for an extra cost.
