Positive: This review is for the whole house (apart from one bedroom that was locked) - I think you can also book the rooms separately. The house has everything you need and more! The bedrooms are lovely, beds and bed linen very comfortable. The living room and kitchen are big and plenty of room for everyone. The bedroom upstairs has AC but as the nights are fairly cool in Knysna, you don't really need one. There is a washer and dryer in the house. Upstairs is a cosy TV lounge with a fireplace (one in the living room as well). The house is cleaned every Wednesday. Outside there are two decks - perfect for all weather. The pool is clean AND heated:) Communication with owner was excellent!
Negative: The outside are could use a little TLC;) Tiles in the pool are falling off the the deck needs some oiling. The bathrooms are a bit small for the size of the house. All in all minor things....
