*You must be at least 25 years of age to book this home. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone.
*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.
*The Villages neighborhood does not allow street parking. All vehicles must fit within the perimeter of the driveway and cannot overhang into the street. Overflow parking is often available at the front of the neighborhood, and alternate overflow storage options may be available locally, but neither are not guaranteed - be sure to plan ahead!
