About this space
This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. It's recently been renovated internally and will be renovated on the outside once the better weather arrives.
With 5 bedrooms being able to accommodate up to 10 guests this is the perfect place to stay with friends and/or family. You are a short walk from the city centre and the stadiums which is perfect for any sporting or music events.
There is one residents permit parking pass for one car, there is paid street parking nearby.
The space
The house is across 3 floors and includes 5 bedrooms.
Ground floor features a large lounge with sofa, chairs and a TV. There is also what will soon to be a dining room once the table and chairs arrive, small utility room, full bath room and a very nice kitchen.
First floor includes 4 bedrooms ( 1 King size bedrooms, 2 x double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) and a full size bathroom.
The 2nd floor is a loft room which has a double size bed.

Guests will have full private access to the property.

Our check in time is after 3pm. Check out is before 11am.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
