This cosy apartment is in the leafy suburb of Edgbaston and is perfect for both couples and individuals looking to explore the city, with easy access around Birmingham by public transport. Edgbaston's beautiful Reservoir and Nature Park is just around the corner, with Summerfield Park and the Botanical Gardens nearby, making it ideal for days out in the summer. Guests are also free to use the attractive shared garden. The property also has free, gated rear parking for up to seven cars.
The space
Set on the ground floor, within an updated Victorian Building, the apartment comprises one bedroom, a kitchen, living area and bathroom, which has a full bath and shower over. The bedroom contains a king-sized bed with a comfortable mattress and storage space. The kitchen and living area are very comfortable, with soft furniture and fittings in theme with the building. The kitchen has everything you'll need for a hot cooked meal - hob, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, utensils, cutlery, and a microwave oven.
The property is five minutes away from Hagley Road, which has a range of independent restaurants, cafe's, bar's and shops. For other popular attractions within Birmingham, there are bus stops within 400 yards of the property.
Access to the private car park at the rear of the property is via electric remote-controlled gates.
There is also a shared garden for guests to enjoy.
