VILLA HOUSE exceptional for its location and size. Completely renewed and equipped for 6 people. 5 minutes by tram from LA DEFENSE (largest shopping mall in France), RER A and Metro Nยฐ1 and 25 minutes by tramway to Porte de Versailles (Paris Exhibitions Center).
1 minute walk from Tramway station Belvedere.
Complete independent house about 100mยฒ + with a beautifully furnished lounge opening on a big terrace 30m2 with an exceptionnal panoramic view on Paris City and the Eiffel Tower, on the terrace there is a garden table for 6, and 7 garden chairs and 3 beach chairs.
The house comprises :
3 bedrooms with twin beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. Bed linen and duvets provided.
A lounge and dining room with two leather sofas, eight chairs, a dining table, a bar with 4 stools, a flat TV with internet access and unlimited free of charge phone calls for land lines to 100 countries.
A kitchen with a dining table and 6 chairs, pyrolyse oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, cooker, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.Next to the kitchen there is one toilet.
The kitchen opens on a small terrace with a garden table and 4 chairs.
A bathroom: tub and separate shower, two sinks, one toilet,a hair dryer. Towels are provided.
Facilities: 2 seater sofas, TV Wi-Fi Internet, 160 TV channels, free phone calls to fixed lines to a hundred countries.
There is a private parking for one car, closed by electric gate, and a garden.
Pets welcome. Non smoking house.
Suresnes has the highest peak, the Mont Valรฉrien, overlooking Paris and it is a very pleasant residential area edging the western side of Paris along the river Seine and facing the largest park in Paris : Bois de Boulogne which is a 2,137 acre park where you can go strolling, bike riding, or viewing the many garden areas. The apartment or the house have a splendid panoramic view over Paris: you can see the Eiffel Tower as well as the Sacrรฉ-Coeur.We have the two houses + a separate cottage on the same property gardens. We live on the 4th house.
