Positive: The place is spectacular! This villa has everything you need, beautiful view, pool with cool water, place where you can grill lambchops. All rooms have their own bathrooms, air conditioning, a lot of art work which is amazing, lots of books... some in greek some in english. Liked the one about chinese cooking and about Greece most beautiful places :). The owner is very nice man, answer quick to messages. We liked the garden with herbs, lemon trees.. we were allowed to use them, so we did :) villa is lokated near Athens, one hour with the car. The pictures of the villa are beautiful, but in real life it's even more beautiful. Recommending this villa. And thinking about return :) our holiday with 8 people were perfect!
