Positive: The view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. There was enough room for us all and it was good to have designated parking at the bottom of the elevator. We were shown where the excavations were under the building, and this was interesting. The location was good, you can walk to the castle in less than an hour. There are bus routes out front if you do not have a car and there is a 'minimart' close by if you need anything in an emergency. The key pick up and drop off was easy with polite reception staff, and the contact for the apartment was very responsive on whatsapp. The use of the facilities of the hotel was also a bonus. Our children liked sitting out on the balcony and the nearby church bells ringing was nice to hear.
Negative: We did have cause to complain about a couple of things when we arrived, for example the building had no hot water on the day of our arrival and the shower head in one bathroom was broken. The contact for the building was quick to respond, investigate and compensate us for the lack of hot water, which we really appreciated and went out of her way to make more than amends.
