Positive: The room was clean and spacious and the facilities well maintained. The accommodation was close to the city centre and public transport. The property had some shared facilities, such as kitchen with allocated fridge shelves and cupboards per room and a workspace area which was helpful.

Negative: The property did not have an on-site staff member or receptionist, which made it difficult to resolve issues during the stay. Although the manager was available remotely, responses were not always as prompt as hoped. Some noise can be expected during the stay. The surrounding area may not suit all guests, as there was noticeable street activity.
