Our Mรฉdoc house, completely renovated in 2015, offers 12 beds + 1 cot, 4 bedrooms 17mยฒ each, 2 bathrooms and a large living room of 63 mยฒ (kitchen open to the living room and dining room).
Rooms: 3 double beds 160x200, 4 signle beds 90x200, 1 couch 140x200 and 1 cot 60x120.
Equipment: table and chairs for 12 people, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher 12 place settings, fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer 8 kg, flat screen TV with Blu Ray player, couch 7 people + extra chairs and wifi throughout the house.
Exterior:
1700 mยฒ fully fenced yard and a covered summer terrace of 25mยฒ equipped with a large table and chairs for 12 people.
Access and Opportunities:
5 min from the shops in Saint Vivien, 15 minutes from Lesparre, 5 min of the estuary and 20 minutes from the ocean (very easy bicycle access)
Dogs are not allowed, easy car parking space. Possibility to rent bicycles nearby.

Summary: โ€‹ We had a wonderful week in Bordeaux: 3 families of 6 adults and 4 children. The house is located in a beautiful, very quiet and comfortable place. There are practically no cars around. Very well-kept area around the house with a huge garden. Inside the house is very spacious and comfortable, large living room, favorable arrangement of bedrooms. The house has everything you need for life. There are many activities for both adults and children. The owners are very friendly and willing to help with any question. The most amazing thing is that at night not a single insect bit us. In the 5 minute walk from the house there is an excellent chateau Gravat with magnificent and very cheap wine. This area is an ideal place for families. The ocean can be reached by bike in 40 minutes along the bike paths. Bike rental is available. Great sandy beaches. By car you can travel around the region, visit a beautiful touristic places and enjoy magnificent views.
