Positive: Location is fantastic Parking on site great Staff exceptional amenities with room are great Products such as soap and body moisturiser are excellent in quality Amazing pancake maker for breakfast and hit with kids Great to have openable windows to get fresh air and balcony great for coffee or drink.
Negative: I believe there should be linen provided for sofa bed as booking as family and king bed provided and sofa bed More dishwashing liquid should be provided in lieu of 3 satchets There should be mini bar provided in each room at least in location out of kids reach. The kids zone needs work. At least have an indoor playground or similar to have kids play somewhere.
