Positive: We arrived at a clean place, warm and cosy. we met the owner in the midday when he came to clean. he was very helpful giving us directions where to go or eat or what to visit. the price was great compared to other places with a lot lower rating. I would highly recommend this nice place to everyone. they had everything you may need in there. hairdryer, electric devices in the kitchen, even coffee. the place is in the center of the city and you can walk to most of places.

Negative: the toilet was smelly but this was because of the construction of the building. it was very clean and we used the perfume which already in there.
