Summary: It feels like the hotel lost their spark a few years ago. They seem under staffed and it feels like they have a manager issue. Before arrival I called in a few times to ask questions, half of the times I was put on hold until the line broke after I asked ”hello do you speak english?”, and the other half of the times I was rudely spoken to. The wellness center is a joke, it’s 1 dry sauna, 1 warm room(?) and one steam sauna that was broken, the rest of the space was just seats and showers without really understanding what to use of the space. The breakfast is absolutely overpriced and not worth adding to your booking, it was either super-high-sugar or some random german breakfast thing…the germans happily ate the blood pudding, but really girl, what can I say hahah
