Positive: Super nice house, with marvellous sea view. Two nice & big terraces - one with the sea view and directly accessible from the living room, and another one in the back of the house which offers the necessary shade in the late afternoon. This one can also serve as a location to prepare or take the barbecue. The house is airconditioned and equipped inside and outdoors with everything you need for a beautiful vacation. Quiet surroundings, built on a hill, and with nice people who run it as a family business (afaik).
Negative: You need a (rental) car to roam around Aegina - but thatโ€™s not a con of the villa itself, itโ€™s an pro you should seriously consider to be able to experience all the different beaches and nice places you can visit in the island. One can get a small car (yet big enough for 4 people) starting at 45-50โ‚ฌ per day (Check Giakas in Aegina port) which is equivalent to around 2-3 taxi drives, so, donโ€™t hesitate here!
