Positive: We liked literally everything. It was spacious, 50m from water, with great view, few meters from restaurants and shop, with own outdoor pool in the complex. Apartment is new, very well equipped, owner was super nice, always available on phone, if there was something and the terrace with beautiful view was just great. Underground parking was available. We would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended.Well worth the money paid.
