No problem in the large, high-quality box-spring bed from the Kiel-based manufacturer Sleep&Dreamhotel, complete with a pillow selection.
If you don’t feel like sleeping, the TV hidden in the ceiling and the built-in Bluetooth speakers are sure to keep you entertained.
A fresh start to the day:
From underfloor heating to the walk-in shower with rain showerhead, plus a cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, towel warmer, fluffy bathrobes, and slippers—you’ll also find toilet paper and sustainable toiletries from I+M Berlin.
Discover your favorite spot:
We share our garden with you. Our spacious property offers several picturesque spots to relax and enjoy yourself.
From April through October, you can enjoy your own comfortable beach chair from Schreiner in Heide. Year-round, you’ll have access to the tree bench, the lounge chairs by the garden pond, the seating area with a table under the linden trees, and the bench in the Buddha Corner.
And more:
illuminated carport, heated, lockable storage for e-bikes and other sports equipment, the northernmost ski boot warmer for your wet outdoor shoes, a furniture safe, air filters, and free Wi-Fi throughout the entire apartment.

Welcome breakfast after arrival:
After your first night, we’ll serve you a welcome breakfast featuring crispy rolls, jam, cheese, cold cuts, scrambled or fried eggs, and orange juice. After that, you can relax and enjoy your vacation. The welcome breakfast is included!

Breakfast service:
For a fee, you can also have breakfast served on all other days of your stay.

Roll service:
You’ll find your choice of rolls (up to 6) right outside your apartment door, along with the regional newspaper, fresh off the press.
This service is free of charge for you.

Wine cooler:
In the wine cooler on the balcony outside your apartment, you’ll find a select assortment of wine and beer. You’re welcome to help yourself here for a fee. The price list is available.
Fully Stocked Refrigerator:
Send us a list of groceries you’d like to find in your refrigerator upon arrival well in advance, and we’ll buy them fresh for you. We’ll bill you for this service, including the cost of the groceries.

Mid-stay cleaning:
For stays of one week or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is included. This service also provides you with fresh towels and bed linens, among other things.



On-site costs: Linen package including bed linens, hand.- and bath towels, dish towels, beach towel, bathrobe, and slippers: €40.00 per person. Final cleaning: €110.00. The welcome breakfast after your first night, as well as fresh rolls and the daily newspaper, are also included. For stays of one week or longer, a light mid-stay cleaning and linen change are provided on the 4th day. This is included in the final cleaning fee! A security deposit of €200.00 in cash is due upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded, if applicable, upon check-out, also in cash. This is a non-smoking area; guests must be at least 18 years old, and pets are not allowed.
