Positive: Location was excellent, parking nearby, beautiful views

Negative: Towels could be provided and a little hamper eg tea bags, milk, bread, etc, as we travelled a long way and after carrying the luggage up the stairs, we all really fancied a cuppa! Luckily the post office was open until late evening :)
