Positive: I had an excellent stay at MG Tower Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was truly impressive. The owner-cum-manager, Midhun, personally ensured that guests were comfortable and well taken care of, which made the stay even more pleasant. One of the most remarkable aspects of this hotel is the exceptional cleanliness. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, well maintained, and very hygienic, reflecting the high standards they maintain. It is rare to see this level of attention to detail. The room service was prompt, courteous, and highly professional, always ready to assist whenever needed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, comfortable, and welcoming. I truly appreciate the effort put in by the management to maintain such high standards. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Puliyarakonam area of Thiruvananthapuram who is looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful experience — I will definitely stay here again!
