Mexican Hideaway | Condo in Puerto Vallarta

Not a five star all inclusive resort however this is your own private Mexican hideaway, it's a two bedroom condo on the second floor with excellent sunset views. It can accommodate six people and has all Nesta necessities of home. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds for kids the living room has a futon. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge a gas stove the place even has a washer dryer. We also have high speed Internet Anna large screen TV. And most importantly we also have air conditioning.
the building is a brand new building among many other new buildings In this community. when you leave the condo community you will end up walking down the streets of typical old time Mexico. You will find vendors selling food on every corner, there's also hair salons which seemed to be a dime a dozen. the hospital is two blocks away, and there is small convenience stores immediately outside the condo community Where you can buy fruits vegetables meet and alcohol. There's obviously also food delivery through RAPPI and various other food delivery companies. You can call a taxi or better yet call an Uber and get from the condo to the Malecon which is about 15 minutes away for about $8. actually I don't recall ever paying more than 10 or $12 for an Uber to take me basically from one end of town to the other. The airport is only 15 minutes away by Uber and will cost about 100 pesos which is about 6 or $7.00.
if you want to live like the locals and save a few dollars and live like the locals then try taking the bus, it only cost 10 pesos which is about $0.60 and that can get you also to the Malecon or downtown.
The condo is located in a gated community called Maralta, there is an outdoor gym free to use there is also table tennis and tennis court. there will be a swimming pool built in 2023.
The water from the tap is not necessarily safe to drink however there is water delivery every day.
