Down one step and you are in the rearsnug with wood burner and easy seating. To the front of the property is a further living room with comfy sofas and television (please note oil burning fire to this room isNOT in use). Next is the dining room complete with additional living space offering further comfy easy seating and another wood burner set into the original fireplace. The spacious kitchen with breakfast table is superbly equipped with access out into the side courtyard and garden to the rear.This wonderful property oozes charm and character including original slate flagstone flooring, sash windows and beams.Up the Cornish twist and turn carpeted staircase you will find the four bedrooms, shower WC ensuite and family bathroom WC.Overlooking the garden you will find one of the pretty twin bedrooms and one king bedroom with shower WC ensuite (2 steps down) from bedroom. There is a versatile room off the ensuite which can be used as a dressing room or can accommodate a cot. To the front of the property is the remaining twin and king bedrooms. All bedrooms are carpeted with ample hanging and drawer space provided.The spacious family bathroom WC has a feature bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and heated towel rail.The house is efficently heated by oil fired central heating.Outside there is a pretty courtyard to the side with furniture and large enclosed garden to the rear with space for one large car on a cobbled surface. Additional parking is normally available on the lane to the side of the house. Ample garden furniture has been provided for alfresco dining.
