Positive: This hotel is pretty basic, close to the Porsche Museum which you can walk to, and cheap. The parking is excellent in an underground carpark. Due to the affordable price of a room I didn't mind the cost for a day: €16.50.
Negative: The area the hotel is in isn't great, but that's to be expected for the price.
