Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The flat is well equipped and in an excellent location. Walking distance to city center and the promenade. Easy parking, i got a lot directly nearby every day at quite every time. The washing machine seems new and drying outside was fast. With the bathroom located inside, you have to ventilate with the doors open, but it's doable. Great insect screens on every window.
