Positive: Lovely spot with easy (20mins drive) access to Keswick and Penrith. Peaceful environment both inside the property and in the garden and surrounding fells. Nice views. Walks available from the property as well as the option to drive .

Negative: Check in time was after 5pm on arrival, and checkout was by 9:30am on day of departure. Too early for a leisurely final morning. And much earlier than our usual experience

Summary: A lovely place for a quiet, comfortable getaway.
