Positive: We like the location ,room was clean but a bit loud which is understandable having bars and restaurants downstairs
Negative: When we paid for the hotel, we were charged an additional 3% fee on the total price simply for paying by card, without any prior notice that this fee would apply. This was not disclosed when we booked, and Booking stated “All charges and fees included”. This is completely unacceptable and feels very misleading. Also would be nice to have a kettle in the room ,we also had to ask for additional toilet paper, no one clean the room and there wasn’t any small broom so we couldn’t clean up after ourselves even if we wanted to. Considering the hotel is right by the beach, quite a lot of sand gets brought into the room, so having a broom or something similar would have been really useful.
