Positive: Good location for access to many places In a pretty neighbourhood Spacious rooms in cottage Hosts responded promptly to queries and issues Geoff very amicable and helpful

Negative: No window covering on west facing French doors. Cottage like a hot box from midday into evening on warm days( we had a week’s heatwave) Shower was temperamental. Temperature and pressure varied quite significantly depending on usage in adjacent house. One day, no water came out at all. Bathroom located across the living-dining room from bedroom and down a 4 meter passage. Not good for late night bathroom visits or if you have a tummy bug! Cleaning was an added extra as opposed to 3 other places I was in during my stay in CT where it was included and which involved clean plus rubbish removal In this property I was required to put out rubbish and recycling and change bin liners. Im not a princess and do this at home obviously, but was surprised to find I had to attend to rubbish in a holiday cottage where fresh linen and towels were being provided weekly. Couldn’t rubbish be handled at the same time?
