Positive: Bedrooms, dining, and living rooms were spacious.

Negative: The caretaker charged us ₱500 per night for an overused extra mattress ₱1,000 in total, which was never disclosed during booking. On top of that, food and drink prices were unreasonably high! Karaoke from the neighborhood was too bad.
