A very warm welcome to our beautiful Tudor cottage, a much loved property in the rural village of Hellingly. The Tudor Cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a couple. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed, romantic and luxurious feeling. Just about perfect for an intimate wedding anniversary or special celebration for two. The cottage is located in 70 acres of private grounds with the most breath taking views. It is in within a driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. Whether you aim for a relaxing day at the beach, a round of golf in one of our local golf clubs, endless walks on our Bridal Ways, or a day of shopping in the city, your break will be filled with endless opportunities to explore the beautiful South East of England. Our guests are welcome to enjoy some private woodland walks by our lakes, and meet our horses, rheas and alpacas! This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find all the basics you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave, with a open plan dining area with dining table and chairs. The cosy lounge is a perfect place to relax and offers a television. There is one bedroom in this cottage which contains a magnificent four poster bed. There is also a small private patio for the sunny days. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and fabulous antique bath.. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. CottageRules: - Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed inside the property. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property, as well as a very conveniently located Farmshop on our actual Estate (7.00am to 7.00pm) - Pets are not allowed at the property.
