Positive: The Belmont have nice view Upstairs is clean and privacy is good up there

Negative: The downstairs is accessible from the backyard I have to know about that before I. Downstairs is not that clean There is no cover or blinds to the sliding door downstairs which is not private at all anyone walking on the street can actually see you in your kitchen
