Our ground floor condo is just steps away from beautiful, warm Skaha Lake. The living room, dining room, kitchen and family room all enjoy views of Skaha Lake and Lions Park. This is a quiet end unit with two patios facing the lake and park. Our home is spacious and cool in the heat of the Okanagan summer. A lovely kitchen with island is fully equipped. The condo has a separate dining room, laundry room with washer/dryer, Large Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Also has patio with views to the lake and park. A second large master bedroom has a king sized bed and bathroom access. A third bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed.
A heated pool awaits you outside the front door. Just steps off the back two patios, the beautiful Kettle Valley Linear Park offers a gorgeous walking/cycling track along the lake to Penticton.
Families with children will enjoy the close walking proximity to a large sandy beach on Skaha Lake which is also adjacent to a full playground and splash park for kids to enjoy.
OK Falls has the ambiance of a small town atmosphere, yet has all the amenities you could need within a 10 minute drive to Penticton.
