Positive: Besides being clean, quiet and great location, the owner met us and insisted on carrying our luggage up to our rooms on the 5th and 6th floor (no elevator). The breakfast he presented was outstanding with fresh warm pastries, yogurt, a variety of fruit juices and coffee.
