Summary: Great condo in a great location. Property and pool were well maintained. Within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Steps to the beach. We used the beach right in front of La Fenice to lounge in the supplied chairs. It is a long walk to the main grocery stores but we had a scooter so it was fine. Komida also delivers everything. The condo is on the 2nd and 3rd floor so there are steps. Would definitely stay here again. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Carmen is a great host. She was always quick to respond to questions or concerns.
