Large vacation home accommodating up to 15 holidaymakers with 5 bedrooms and 1 dormitory in a large 3000 mยฒ garden with heated swimming pool (outside winter period, approx. from Easter to All Saints' Day) and relaxation area on the banks of the โCassoleโ river.
On the garden level, terraces lead to a large, modern, fully-equipped 30 mยฒ kitchen opening onto a very large living room with mezzanine (air-conditioned). This level also includes 2 double bedrooms, a shower room and a suite with shower room and dressing room. The air-conditioned first floor features 2 double bedrooms, a dormitory and a games room.
Mas de la Riviรจre is located 3 km from the village of Cotignac, facing the forest and the river.
The house is equipped for your comfort and relaxation inside (wifi, orange TV, games console, hi-fi) and out (swimming pool and summer kitchen). It's also located in the center of Provence Verte, just 1 hour's drive from the region's most interesting spots (Nice and its old town, the beaches of Saint-Aygulf, Hyรจres or Bandol, the lakes and gorges of the Verdon, Aix, Marseille, the evenings in Cannes or St Tropez... ) and close to the most beautiful Provencal villages, Cotignac of course, but also Toutour, Entrecasteaux, Sillans la Cascade...
